Polygon – CS BV ( corporate and speciality) is an independent insurance intermediary and is registered with the FSMA as an independent authorized underwriter.

1. Insurance mediation services

As an independent authorized underwriter, we work only with brokers registered in the FSMA, and we offer insurance products to economic operators in those sectors in which we operate.
We provide tailored advice and insurance solutions for our insureds and manage and reimburse guaranteed claims based on high standards.

By accepting our proposals and arrangements, the parties accept that they have full knowledge of our products and that you are fully aware of the guaranteed perils, limits and imitations of the policy.

2. Insurance branches

Polyon-CS offers solutions as an authorized underwriter in the following areas of insurance:

  1. Goods transported, baggage and all related risks: all damage to goods during transport and storage, regardless of the mode of transport;
  2. Maritime liability and BA billing: for logistics and transport operators
  3. Rolling stock except railroad equipment : all damage to motorized or non-motorized vehicles used in the logistics as well as transport sector;
  4. Hull vessels: damage to inland, coastal and ocean-going vessels;
  5. Miscellaneous Financial Losses: Travel insurance, Paket travel coverage and special insurance, contingency/event and film insurance
  6. Accident: permanent and temporary disability; medical expenses or in combination;

We respect the codes of conduct established by law, agreed upon within the industry or imposed by the insurance companies we represent.

We respect personal privacy with whomever we work with based on the legislation in force such as the GDPR.
If we ask for information, you do not have to provide it, but the lack of or inadequate information may have the consequence that we can refuse a proposal , a policy or damage the existing relationship.
